Make an online payment from your active U.S. checking account. It's an easy and secure way to view and/or pay your bill free of charge online 24/7. You can also save time, trees, postage and gasoline by switching to paperless statements and managing your account online. Our online account services will give you the flexibility of reviewing your account information and monitoring your monthly usage history throughout the year. Other payment options

Cascade Natural Gas offers many convenient payment options designed to make your bill paying as easy as possible.

  • Automatic Payment Plan (APP). Take advantage of this convenient, no-cost payment plan. Your payments can be automatically withdrawn from your designated financial institution on your bill's due date. This date will be shown on your bill stub. Enroll electronically by logging in to your online account and filling out the online form. If you do not have an online account, simply download the form, complete it and return with a voided check.
  • Pay online using your credit card, debit card or electronic check by visiting or calling BillMatrix® at1-877-898-9253. There is a convenience fee charge of $3.50 per transaction that BillMatrix receives for providing this service.
  • Pay by cash, check, or money order at one of our payment locations.
  • Mail your payment with the bill stub provided with your bill to:

Budget Payment Plan

The Budget Payment Plan makes budgeting for your bill easy by allowing you to make equal monthly payments. To determine your Budget Payment amount, we estimate your annual gas consumption, using actual usage history when available, and divide that amount into equal monthly installments.
