We are pleased to announce that Cascade is upgrading our customer information and billing system to improve the efficiency of our customer service. As a result of this upgrade, you will soon receive natural gas bills that have a new look and offer more detailed information. Your new bill will also contain a new account number.

Gas Service Emergency
You can report a gas leak, carbon monoxide alarm, a line break, or any other gas service emergency, by contacting us at 888-522-1130 24 hours/day. Please do not make emergency requests via email or the Internet. For more information, click here.
