Insulation Rebates Breakdown
Cascade offers a rebate of $2.00 per square foot insulated for Attic, Floor, and Wall insulation, and $150 for prescriptive air sealing to all eligible residential Cascade customers who heat their home primarily with natural gas.
What makes these door-to-door Insulation Trade Allies different?
A select handful of insulation Trade Allies offer a similar rate for their labor and materials as our rebates, so customers who qualify for the rebates are left with only a small balance. Typically, customers will pay for the upgrade, apply for the rebate once it’s been completed, and then receive reimbursement 10-12 weeks down the road.
These select few contractors are qualified to offer insulation and air sealing rebates at the point of sale. The Point-of-Sale Trade Ally subtracts the eligible rebate from the customer’s invoice. Once the work has been completed, these contractors then apply for reimbursement for the rebate on the customer’s behalf.
Verifying Trade Ally status
Cascade Natural Gas Conservation Trade Allies are pre-screened installation contractors who are familiar with the Company’s requirements and help to deliver energy-efficient equipment and services to Cascade Natural Gas residential and business customers.
For peace of mind if a contractor comes to your door, you’re welcome to search Cascade’s Trade Ally directory here: Find Contractors (site.com), just select your project type as insulation, then type in the contractor name, and if the contractor is a Trade Ally, their business information will populate.
